  • A screen dedicated to just memos. There are many software programs that provide a single memo screen per transaction in case notes need to be made. Once a note is made, the note is then moved to a screen where the notes are listed in chronological order. This makes understanding past and present problems much better.

  • A screen dedicated to marketing. A screen for marketing means that an individual can record marketing activities. This helps a business see what needs to be done and what isn’t working.

  • A screen to record inventory. A business can log their inventory as they receive it and can also use this screen to ensure that everything that has not been sold is accounted for. As transactions take place, inventory will be removed from this screen.
